The environment we live and work in strongly influences our mental health. Accordingly, if we understand how nature flows energetically, we can use that knowledge to live healthier lives.
Quite simply, humanity is affecting the environment ne negative ways. Our actions destroy habitats and endanger the lives of future generations.
At this point we can’t deny that our environment is changing. Hundreds of studies demonstrate the major problems we face. Currently, environmental issues include climate change, pollution, environmental degradation, and resource depletion.
Environmental hazards increase the risk of cancer, heart disease, asthma, and many other illnesses. These hazards can be physical, such as pollution, toxic chemicals, and food contaminants, or they can be social, such as dangerous work, poor housing conditions, urban sprawl, and poverty.
All life on earth intrinsically links to the health of the planet. Therefore, to live healthy lives we must create a healthy environment.
In the field of Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), we take a similar approach to Gestalt therapy. That is to say, we look at the whole.
