If You're In Business - You're In The Business of Creation
We’re already seeing dramatic shifts in the business world this century. It will change the way we work, forever. Many of the plans we had last year for 2020 are on the bonfire, leaving the space for us to create a new business landscape. We are now in the business of creation.
More and more workers are operating disparately, increasing the need for clear communication and self-leadership. We’ve got to learn to take responsibility for our own direction, motivation and success, no matter how we work.
The simple fact is that we can’t predict what’s coming. If we keep using 20th century thinking to predict the future, we’re probably going to be way off the mark. Apple, Amazon, Facebook and Google did not exist 30 years ago. Think about that for a moment. By 2040 we could be operating in a world we barely recognise.
So, rather than trying to predict what others our doing, including the economic landscape, we now have the freedom to create our vision of the future and literally bring it into reality. What do YOU want to create?
