Actually, one of the wonderful things about meditation is that it does not need to serve a purpose.  In fact, the less you attach yourself to the outcome of a meditation session, the greater your potential for benefit.

Why Do I Recommend Guided Meditation For Total Relaxation?

Guided Meditation offers us all the opportunity to just let go. Moreover, guided meditation can be an easy way for people who are highly conscious to relax their minds.  Specifically, they can begin to focus on the sound of the guide, and this naturally helps them to release their internal monologue.

What’s more, if you’re working with an NLP Coach, guided meditation can offer a powerful support for when you’re not in the coaching room.  That is to say, guided meditation supports you in accessing your unconscious more easily and find the state of total relaxation frequently.
